Verizon False Advertising Brandon, Florida
Verizon advertises 100% Fiber Optic. This is untrue and they know it. I filed a complaint with the Fla PUC regarding this issue. Their Fiber Optic DOES NOT terminate with the home install, no matter what service is used, DSL, phone, TV, etc. Most communication companies offer service, some cheaper, by the same method, hard wired(copper) to the service area. Usually the service is terminate in a piece of large equiptment called a X box. So, basically if you have ANY copper for service, its the weakest link in the service.
