Verizon FIOS 3 DAYS until next Service Technician is available? Tampa, Florida
We pay Verizon FIOS about $2,000 per year for phone, internet and cable, yet when all the services go down they think it is fine to schedule repairs 3 DAYS later. What kind of thank you is that? It is more of a F#%K YOU! Is it not? They just repeat "It is not our fault we do not have any technicians available until then" as if they do not control how many technicians they hire or schedule. What is up with that? We have so many issues with FIOS as it is: channels do not come in, DVR does not always work, On Demand locks up, etc. Please!
