 I signed up with Verizon Fios for tv services only, but decided to get a triple package since they offered a $400 gift card. When I signed up, I asked them about the card and they said that after 3 months service, they will mail out the card to me. I called them at 3 months again to verify and was told that it would be coming to me shortly. So today, 4 months later, I went on the chatline and "spoke" to a Khaja, then a Shelly, who was a bit rude and short, then her supposed manager, Michael, who opened with a hello then just left me hanging after I told him to check their site that is still showing this offer. Shelly rudely said that it wasn't in my contract, even though their site still clearly says :$400 visa giftcard if you sign up for a 2 year contract for the triple play." I just think that it's really stupid that they would lose a $200 per month customer ($2400) over a $400 visa gift card. Their customer service is extremely inefficient and very rude. And their service isn't that great either.
