After contacting Verizon a couple of months ago, inquiring about FIOS plan(s), requesting to have my phone conversation recorded, writting down all the charges + taxes, I have opted for one of their lower plans.

Last month, I saw that I was being charged  $69.99 for FIOS + $259.62 instalation fee. I have at no given point agreed to pay a $69.99 monthly fee and the activation fee (which by the way it is advertised as a free service all over the internet and tv adds) was supposed to be free.  

After speaking with two supervisors, six verizon employees, another Verizon employee at their head quarters in Newark, including contacting Verizon President Bone personally, I was informed that my bill will be adjusted to the correct amount.

This month, once again I have been charged the same amount of $69.99 - the instalation fee. After contacting Presidents Bone secretary, leaving three messages at their headquarters, contacting BBB, as well as Verizon via email, chat and phone, I was informed that the initial recording of my order did not exist and to kindly pay the amount of $69.99, for a deceptive upgraded service which I have not agreed upon.

This Company has the worst costumer service and don't seem to be educated enough to comprehend that they can't just make it's costumers pay any amount of money they decide, without ones agreement. Such doing is illegal.

How do you dare Verizon Fios NJ claiming un propotional taxes and fees. In particular the outragious fees.
