Verizon FIOS Verizon RIP-OFF "Screw Job" Tampa Florida
Let's make this short and to the point. Approximately one year ago I canceled my Verizon FIOS service, not worth the price. I returned all the equipment to the store location on Dale Mabry Ave, Tampa as request. That's the last I heard form Verizon, until in August I get a letter in the mail and several telephone calls from a collection agency saying that I owe them $950 for Verizon equipment that I did not return. I refused to pay it. Verizon refuses to discuss it. Now I have a bad remark on my credit report.
Addidtionally, Verizon owes me a $150 refund from my telephone bill, I have requested a refund over a month ago and have a confirmation number. I called them and they tell me that is currently being processed. I told them if I owed them $150 they would call me everyday asking for me to make arrangements. So I guess I'll have to call Verizon everyday and ask for a payment arrangement be made with them or I'll turn it into a collection agency.
I hate verizon!!!!
