I have been a good customer Verizon for twelve years.  I did not sign up for Frontier Communications. For two months during their change over I had trouble getting on the Internet or then getting to my e-mail (tech help didn't work) and when I called about my bill I got a different answer almost every time from $500.00 to oh my mistake that's not right you have a $49.00 credit and that was wrong also.  My normal bill of under a $100.00 went to $150.00 with all this going on. PS Any Fios customers if you hear a buzzing in your phone or your radios it may be the Fios box emitting very hi EMFs and that's enough to piss you off.
