Verizon Jeanette Fitzgerald All they do is steal and lie Internet, Internet

My mother and I both signed up for service, we wanted "emergency use" cell phone service.

We each chose a rate plan that was advertised at $39.95 per month for 450 minutes usage per month.
My usage averages 12 minutes per month and my mother uses between 0 and 5 minutes per month.
The bills for each of these accounts have been between $65 and $95 per month, they claim these are the taxes on the bill and that there company policy prohibits them from doing anything about it.
In other words "go f--- yourself"
These people definitely have earned a very "special spot" on ripoff reports, I think the site was created just for people lioke this.
There is a woman named Jeanette Fitzgerald, apparently it is her job to have relations with the executives and when she is not bust doing that they use her name to answer responses to disgruntled customers.
Theives and Liars is a nice way of describing these people

Verizon is actually the best of the cell phone companies. Had them for years with no billing bullcrap ever.

You may both be victims of service theft, or getting billed for spam texts and calls being sent to you.

Texts are counted even if you never read them and you can have stuff like that blocked.

As Robert said, your bills have to be gone over carefully to see the itemized charges above and beyond your stand service. Taxes and surcharges wouldn't amount to more than $7 to $10 bucks.

What does your bill say?

- There are several taxes and fees that go along with Cell Phones.  These are fees that you would be charged no matter who you are with.  They can add several dollars to a bill, but if they are all taxes and fees they do seem excessive.

They won't just give you a bill saying you owe $65 without the detail.  So when you read your statement how do they get to these amounts?  Perhaps you can list what the amounts were and what they went to.   Or better would be if you can scan your bill(covering all of your personal information).
