Verizon Phone and Wireless has the worst customer service in the Industry.
Every time you call for help with DSL help you will get a someone based in the Philippines. There customer service people cannot speak proper English and they have bad attitude and almost always will hang up on you. These are incompetent cowards who are providing extremely poor quality service.
When you ask for their supervisor they become combative and question you as to why and will tell you that the supervisor will tell me the same thing.

It makes me wonder is this worth the service Verizon is getting out of these incompetent reps.
I am now considering going to ATT&T or Sprint and go wireless for the sake of not having to talk to another cheap low class incompetent Philippine based customer service rep.
when you try to Verizon and complain you are unable to get to Verizon because Verizon willfully and intentionally hides from talking to the customer directly and designates all of its customer complaints to these Philippine based incompetent so called techs.
Please go elsewhere for your DSL service and let Verizon know what assholes they are for treating their customers this way.

Verizon has the worst customer service and they are almost always based in a 3rd world country and speak lousy English.
