Verizon North Inc My husband look up his credit due to we where buying a home, this collection came up on his credit so my wife disputed this collection, because I have never had any service with verizon, we sent them many letters with proof that we have never lived in the state of Ohio, and they have never call us or even sent us a letter back, I don't know what else to do to get this off my credit report. Verizon has a collection on my credit report that does not belong to me, I have tried many times to get a hold of them and sent them letters providing proof that this is not mine and they answer there phone and I don't get any letters back from them. I don't know what else to do to take this off my credit report.
