Verizon OnePay - Verizon charges for OnePay without approval and refuses to help. Internet

Verizon has allowed two companies to simply charge me $39.95 and $14.95 a month WITHOUT me every asking for them. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I didnt check my phone bill every month and this has been going on for ages.

And...they REFUSE to cancel it. Nothing they can do! Right.......

Using "OnePay" as an intermediary they simply say "call them" but we have to charge you.

It is a disgusting way of earning a living. They must be so desperate. Verizon is really a dispicable company and I am votingwith my feet. Join me.

I am switching my 4 business-lines to a VOIP company (using Costco) so that I NEVER have to deal with Verizon again.

They disgust me.
