Verizon Phone & HSD connectivity Fall River, Massachusetts
On January 8th, I had residential phone and internet service installed. It has been a nightmare since then. On both my services I have had connectivity issues. I have called Verizon almost every week since I had it installed to report a problem with my service. They have exchanged my Modem 3 times. They have sent a technician out to the house on 4 occasions. They have checked all the wiring and nothing seems to work. The internet service goes on and off through out the day and as of right now I have no phone line( I have not called on this issue yet because I am going out to buy a non cordless phone and try again just to prove a point).
Every time I call I get a call center rep in another country and all they want to do is send a technician out. I am constantly asking for credits for the time service is out. I am at a lost as to what to do. They won't let you talk to a Manager????
I am so upset with myself for not choosing Comcast. Anyone offer any suggestions?
