I purchased a pre-paid Motorola phone from Verizon. Worked fine until I had to replace the battery. Not totally unexpected, however the battery cost about half the original price of the phone. Within a month "low battery", " cannot charge" appeared on the screen. Verizon "switched-out" the battery at no charge. I was satisfied until three days later the same message appeared on the phone.

I went back two more times, with the same complaint, same result. After the third attempt to correct the problem, I bought a new charging cord, that they thought would solve the "no charging". I purchased a $30 re-up, expecting the problem was solved. It didn't go away. Now, the phone is being declared UN-REPAIRABLE. If it was on it's last leg, why wasn't I told? I am out $30. And there is only ONE phone available to replace mine, at twice the price. BAD BUSINESS.
