My husband Juan and I have been with Verizon for 12 years. We never really had a problem until now, our bills are always paid.

On 3/12/07 we spoke to someone by the name of Melissa that mention this great deal that Verizon was having it all include unlimited calling plan $ 52.88, unlimited DSL $ 37.99, and DirecTV $31.99 and was kind enough to waive activation fee of $20.00. All this package for 99.99 plus tax $115.00 a month.

We were like wow that sounds good when we can start, so we set up this account with Melissa who also mentions the bill is due every 15th of the month.
She also said that they will be here on 3/22/07 around 1-5pm to install DirecTV.

Well then since this hell broke lose, we have been paying our bill, but DirecTV has not been receiving there payments.

DirecTV says we owe them like over $400.00 something dollars and we are like puzzled of where our money went.
Please we need the headache to stop and our lives to continue.

We need the help in where to begin this law suit..
Please HELP!!!
