Verizon Ripped off, lied to, and 3rd line installed doesn't work ripoff business from hell Inglewood Internet

Ordered 2nd line, was charged $16.85 for Res. line and $7 for 2nd. Ordered 3rd line, told by Verizon would only be additional $7, not so; charges now are Residence line, qty #3, $16.85 = $50.55. Interstate subscriber line charge, qty #1, $6. Interstate non-primary access, qty #2, $7 = $14. Total bill just for having service $70.55. Sometimes they charge more. We are also taxed 3 times on our bill.

Employee that states, "All customers will lie and are liars definately has something to hide," as now we are told that the government is making them do this. NOT TRUE!!!

This was not a "DEAL" we made, this was a quote from the Verizon employee supervisor. Eat that one Verizon employees and supervisors as I will take proof to BBB, FCC, PUC, and State Atty Gen. office and media.
