FIRST OFF:

WARNNING- DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH VERIZON INternet

1.  It started when I activated my Verizon internet service.  It was working great for a week and then that was when Verizon disconnected my internet service.  I called then and they arrived and told me i had bad phone lines(not true just a f***ing excuse), since it was working great the first week.

2.  So my internet was reinstated and then a 3 weeks later the internet would constantly disconnect( I put up with it but after a few months my sister got sick of the UNRELIABILITY and so I called them again. They sent a technician and he said some bulls**t and miraculously the internet worked again.  After this I knew it was verizon that was cheating me and not the "old phone lines theory".

3. So after a year, there were some more interruptions; but not as bad as the first 6 months.  Finally just about a month ago, i was downloading some large files simultaneously overnight wheni discovered that i was totally disconnected by verizon again.  The next day I realised that my internet speed was only .27 Mbps our of what should be .8-1Mbps which is what i am supposedly paying for.  So I thought this was temporary and waited for 3 weeks and its still at .27 Mbps.  I called them up out of frustration.

4.  Another technician was sent and told me that VERIZON's New Internet Rules allowed them to lower my speed to a fraction of what I paid for if they see that you are downloading more than 4 large files at the same time, and keep me at that reduced speed.

5.  F*ck you Verizon sh*T, I'm changing my service to TimeWarner cable, which is 7x faster and only costs 35 dollars per month without contract!
