They are trying to collect for a bill that has already been collected by KCA Financial Services. I have a billed marked paid in full. This bill isn't mine to begin with since Verizon had two services listed under one phone number and could never find the other party and forced me to pay the bill with collection procedures and threats of disconnecting my phone service. The
phone book for THREE years had my phone number listed under two different names and billed both of us for the phone line. I paid my bill they didn't pay theirs and when they stopped paying they came after me for the bill for both accounts and I had to pay or lose my phone. Disconnet was not a option because they would not reconnect until all accounts were paid in full. Needless to say they had me over a barrel~!!! Now these people are trying to rip me off too!!!! Enough is Enough. If I could go after Verizon I would but I will not pay these people at AFNI a single dime!!!!!
