Verizon Wireless Charge $35.00 to Return Defective Product Queen Creek, Arizona

Purchased a new cellphone from Verizon wireless internet for $30 with 2 year contract, the phone was defective it kept locking up.  Returned the phone to the local Verizon store for a refund it was still in their 14 day "Cancellation Policy" but they wanted to exchange for another one of cheap pieces of junk. Not so fast, they like them 2 year contracts. Said it would cost me $35 plus tax to return their junk.  I left that poor excuse of a phone with them.

When I received the monthly invoice the "Restocking Fee" was on there. Called customer service," hands were tighted", should have read fine print.  Called store manager "too bad, thanks for your business". Let the Buyer Beware, lets hope Walmart does not get wind of this tactic.
