Verizon Wireless charged $776 for a cell phone. I've never had a cell phone ripoff Orangeburg New York
I have never received a bill from Verizon Wireless. That's because I've never had a cell phone.
On my credit report there is a $776 charge from 2000 for a cell phone from Verizon Wireless North. In 2000, my son had a cell phone with them. The bill was in his name. The phone was his. They don't seem to get that. I guess they think that I'll pay it. I had TransUnion investigate it and they said it is valid. Experian took it off my report.
Verizon has also charged me $2000 for a call to Barbados on my land line. At my old address, we had crossed wires with 60 other units. The landlord would not pay to fix it and Verizon would not pay to fix it. I would pick up my phone and there would be someone else talking in a foreign language and I could not call out. Three technicians told me I had crossed wires with someone else. I have pictures of some of the old wiring that was on my back porch. It was a mess. I have been fighting them for 4 years about this.
