I have been a Verizon customer for years.  Recently I opted to use a tracfone which is more fitting my needs as I rarely use my cell.  I had just ordered my new phone from verizon before I had changed my plans.  When I received my phone I put the return label on it and my husband and I drove to the fed x box and I watched as he put the phone in the fed x box.  I keep getting billed for this phone.  They keep calling me.  I called the company two times and they said they found where it was returned.  Then they send me another bill for the phone.  I called again and they said they don't see where I sent it back.  I am  making payments monthly on the fee they charged for quitting the plan (which is a rip off in itself).  I don't owe for the phone I sent back and they know it.  All the years I had a phone with them I paid on time, every month with never a problem.  I think they are upset that I quit them for a better plan and now they want me to pay for a phone I do not have.  Two people found it in the pc that I sent it back and now that information mysteriously dis appears??  Never use verizon....this is what I get for being a good customer.  I love my tracfone.
