Verizon Wireless charging me for mega byte usage and being rude in general Morristown Tennessee

For the past 7 years I have had the same cell phone company simply because I liked them other plans were cheaper but I stayed with my company. For the past 5 months I have to call every time I get a bill. In july it was because I was incurring roaming charges in Mexico. I have never been to Mexico, they proceed to hassle me about it but eventually credit my account. The next few months I have to call about Get it now down loads I had no idea they charge for just looking at ringtones! Are you serious, so I ate those charges because maybe I should have payed more attention. I get my new phone and wanted to use the navigation but was afraid after the megebyte ordeal that it would end up being outrageous so I asked the salesmen about what I could do. He told me there was a 9.99 navigator package seemed reasonable so I added it. Now verizon is telling me when I call that not only do you have to purchase the 9.99 package which is just for the privilage of using the app you must also purchase a megabyte usage plan unless you want to pay per megabyte! So all this time I thought it was included when in reality I was just paying for the app and about 30.00 in megebyte usage! They told me if the salesperson told me that they were sorry but that is the way it is. I am so fed up every time I call I speak to a diffrent person who then tells me another story. I called two months ago and canceled a game subscription that was purchased on accident and they are still charging me for it too. When I looked closer at my bill there are also charges form diffrent things that I know I didn't down load. The only explanation they could come up with was to talk to me about my plan and adding a 15.00 megabyte package! When I asked them to telll me how much it would cost me to cancel my plan all together they had the nerve to ask why. When I told them it was because of all the extra charges on my bill she informed that when I have called and they found wrongful charges they credited my bill. Who has time to go over their bill every month with a fine tooth comb and make sure that their cell phone company is not ripping them off! I'm sorry but that should not have to happen. When things are downloaded to my phone at 1 in the morning I know that I have not sleep downloaded but they assume that someone has used my phone to download apps. What is wrong with the world today? It seems that every company I have dealt with lately has been so rude and condescending. If the sales person lied to get an add on or just didn' know then it is up to the company to stand behind their employee. The company knows that I am under contract and that I can't afford to cancel so they feel free to screw me. What a great way to do business.
