My name is Jorge. I moved here 5 years ago. I am a Seizmic Geologist. And I made the biggest mistake, I bought a Verizon cell phone. Do not ever make this mistake. Verizon is a very dishonest company.

I have service with them for 5 months. My plan was limited. So is my money. So I watch carefully. Then it happened. I heard a story here and there. But I could not believe it could happen and they could not check (or did not bother to discover the truth). I got a bill with roaming. It was $900. Then I called. There was already another $388 on my phone.

I called customer service. They said they corrected the problem and would credit my bill. I do not even have a car here. But they kept sending the bill. It was $1,300 before I finally got a Cricket (the best phone company in USA). I finished my job for your government and will be going back to my country. And i do not care about their $1,300. I paid my monthly bill and stopped service.

USA has real problems with phone companies. Where I come from, they are not allowed to lie and cheat the people. I heard qwest and MCI did these things. But from what I see, Verizon Wireless is the worst of all of them.

I just thought you might want to know. I called 3 times and spoke with 3 liars. Is this how Americans do business?
