Verizon Wireless Contract Violation and refusal to refund money for services not rendered. Toledo Ohio
Verizon wireless charged me for $220 for texting services while they placed my cellphone on blocking text messages. This charge for services not rendered continued for a total of 10 months. For three months I attempted to communicate with representitives of Verizon Wireless and recorded each conversaton, validating that the unwarranted fees for improper services were being attmpted to be refunded.
At the time of the end of my contract I contacted Verizon Wireless one last time to confirm the cancellation of any extension of my contract, at which time the representative attempted to state to me that there has never been any reports or inquiries concerning the $220 in which Verizon Wireless breached their contract and further stated there was no record of request for refund. At this current time I am terminating my contract with Verizon Wireless, however will persist towards then repayment of the $220 that was charged to the account for services that were not rendered by Verizon Wireless.
