Complaint Review: Verizon Wireless

Verizon Wireless deceptive practice with truth in billing act and impossible to get any corrective remedy re: wireless/broadband account and techs damaged my laptop many calls placed to them by me but no call back greenvillle, South Carolina

this company has misrepresented their service and contract. at this time i  cannot use my  internet service becuase their instructions re: the settings has corrupted the network availability and has ruined it. after several times of contacting everyone all the way to corporate to consumer relations the situation has yet to be rectified. and now they no longer accept my calls or honor the resposibility that they agreed to correct. i keep getting the run around and as verizon calls it "the loop"and one person with verizon offered to suspend my service  so as to not be charged for a service that i could not use but this will jeopardize my grandfather clause per info from the many other verizon employees advice. verizon started bridging my connection to have internet which conflicted with national broadband--so after many trips to verizon stores they now want me to sign up for a new plan and upgrade and purchase a new computer. this company is dis organized at best and the consumer is not important to them. i have had the worst stress  and many hours of phone calls that have not yeilded any cohesive solution for customer satisfaction. my husband and i travel for employment reasons and this has been most inconvenient and frustrating. they continue to want my money of course!but without them actually earning it! i have always made bill payments a priority and one rep will tell me all is well and bill is payed and when i have had any actual person on the other line i am then informed that my bill needs payed--this can happen in less than 48 hrs difference. they never seem to be on the same page so to speak and this is a rip off!
