Verizon Wireless needs to lose your business now. Do not wait. They will eventially find a way to rack you up with a huge bill. Then, when you call, they lie and tell you anything just to get rid of you. Sixty days later, it's on your credit report. Then, it's the usual game, "Whom did you speak with?" "Did you get their last name?" "I don't see anything here that you called."
For your sake, believe me. Get rid of this service if you have it. Do not ever consider getting Verizon Wireless.

I had SprintPCS for about 3 years. They were the worst. When I finally got out from their evil hands, I went to Verizon.
I have to say. It hasn't been the smoothest ride, but they have always very nice. I'd had an issue here and there, but over all they have been great.
I live in the Los Angeles area, but I have traveled with my phone to many parts of the US. Recently to the remotest parts of Texas. I was very happy with Verizon.
So for my 2 cents worth, GO VERIZON, Down with SPRINTPCS.
