Verizon Wireless Failed to honor redbate two new phones declined barcode for the product purchased was not receiv El Paso, Texas

I have sent the UPC labels with receipts I have no more labels recycled boxes. Checked Internet for complaints on Verizon there are many about not getting rebates mine will be added to the list. 15 years with Verizon will consider another company. Robert Lucas

Purchase) barcode for the product purchased was not received. Please include the entire original white barcode label cut from the outside of the manufacturer?s
box that your equipment came in. Please note all required bar code labels are on the actual equipment box/packaging. Bar code label includes two bar codes:
one is the ESN/MEID bar code and the other is the UPC bar code which is the valid Proof of Purchase. The labels must only come from the eligible equipment
that you purchased. Before sending, be sure to confirm that the number on your UPC code matches the UPC code for your device-which is listed on the front of
the rebate form.
