I was ripped off by verizone. Verizon picked my pocket for some 4 un-reachable websites and then I could'nt get my money back. $9.99 FOUR TIMES was added to my bill. So I called verizon and they acted as if the only people here were me and the third party who are somewhere in under the sky. and verizone didn't have anything to do with this situation.

Later I talked to them again and booom:!!!

Verizone has a lot of hidden benefits in this sort of scams. I was told by the customer service associate on Verizone hotline ( she said her name is Tiffanie)that Verizone makes more than 70% profit out of each of those transactions. And than she gave me credit for 3 of my 4 premium text message subscriptions (almost $30.00). It is very well thought that verizone plays the pick pocket guy and the theif actually does not face the victim at all (reachable to the customer). She gave me the 800 numbers and then none answered. What does it translate for us: a loss of $30-$70 per person and a giganormous millions for Verizone. This is a million dollor question answer right here.

premium sms

I work for verizon wireless and customers claim that verizon wireless is chargeing customers for the premium sms by something that we are putting on an account. That is not the case and we do not authorize premium sms on the verizon wireless site. At one point Vzw was able to give back 100% for premium sms but the 3rd party vendors still had to be paid so there was a stop put to that practice because verizon wireless was losing a lot of money. Premium sms has to be added by texting the short code to the particular vendor from customer's phone and there is no other way. We can put blocks on premium sms but it something that you have to ask for but you have to first cancel the subscription to that vendor by sending the words stop/cancel. Customers need to be more responsible for what they and their children are doing with their phones because we are not the ones adding the premium sms to the accounts.
