The agent/representative at Verizon Wireless Internet had never provided any information about "pro rated fees". The five days in October 2008, during which I had been signed with Verizon Wireless Internet, had cost me more than $200 (and it hardly worked in my apt). The remainder of the initial deposit ( $400),the negative $187 had never been sent to me;they promise now to send it by the end of January 2009, despite their 4-week return policy.

Still awaiting for the refund of $197. I am not sure what else can be done .Verizon--the most UNreliable company in USA.

Today, January 25, 2009. I did not received the refund. Representative 1 said,the check was sent on December 22 2008. Representative 2 said, the check was ISSUED on December 22,2008. Supervisor(I have her name and ID now) said, they realized the check,and it does not mean the check was sent. She promised to contact me on February 1 2009 and to inform me,when I will receive the check. She said, "it takes time to stop check and to issue another one". After February 1,she said,it might take the unknown amount of time to send me the refund.
