Verizon wireless mifi Did not provide service, will not refund money I have given them and are trying to bill me for service and equiptment that I found would not work in my area Dublin , Ohio

I looked up verizon on the internet and it said verizon would not work in my area. I called verizon to verify this and was told that it would work in my area, even after I told them what internet states. I aquired the equiptment for internet called mifi and 2 phones. None of which would work in my area. I called the company and was given false and misleading information about how to fix the problem none of which worked. I asked that service be discontinued and they continued service, I have paid them $118.83 which they will not refund. They are trying to get me to pay a restock fee that I feel I do not owe them as the error was theirs not mine.They want an additional $78.41 which I will not under no circumstance pay. I feel they owe me money. I was without internet and phone service for almost a month due to their shoddy sales and product knowledge and now shoddy billing parctices.

This is not an isolated case the internet is full of people having the same problem I am having.
