Verizon Wireless no cellular service at existing location for 4 weeks Nationwide

Terrible customer service. My cell svc was out 4 wks with Verizon. I was a long time customer and svc had worked fine at home - 2 phones, different types and manufacturers, 1 provided by Verizon, 1 unlocked but activated by Verizon. Suddenly both quit working at home but worked as soon as we got about a mile away. Repeatedly used direct message and phone with Verizon cust svc. Spent hrs over a 4 wk period. First got told their investigation showed our level of service was acceptable (no service)! Then it was my "fraud" phone (the unlocked 1) - their words - that caused both phones not to work but only at home. Kept getting told 3 more days, 3 more days and they only responded when I contacted them. Finally they opened a ticket on the Verizon provided phone but never would tell me how 1 phone could cause both not to work and only not work at home. And every time I talked to them, they tried to up sell me to a new phone or other equipment! Finally changed providers but still haven't managed to get any credit for the time without service.
