Verizon Wireless not giving me my past bill so i can get the 175 in a case action suit against them Pt Pleasant Beach New Jersey

Around the end of august I recieved apost card that stated that there is a case action against verizon wireless filled by whitevcellco co of gilardi and co in petaluma, ca. I was effected by this suit but the preiod of time it covers is custmers from july23, 1999 to august 10, 2008. I had to pay this fee around june of 2006 and I was effected by this fee, verizon only has records up to one year in their computer. I have asked them 3 times to send me the record so i have the proof that they are requesting. I have not send it and the suit wanted the documentation by october 14 , 2008 and now it is october 15 and i dont have the records to proof i wa effected by this early termination fee whuich was found to be illegal.

I was promised that the recordds would be send to me but that is a lie and now a supervisor told me today that i would have to pay 6.00 a page for the records. Why should i have to pay for records for a lawsuit agianst them. They also owe me 50 on a rebate and now i am worried that i wont receive it since the company has nearly 500 complains on this site alone. Why is nothuing being done about it and their practices? complaint from tampa, fla.
