During the last 3 months Verizon wireless has sent me a bill for $400 on a $59.99 plan. I only use my phone in case of emergency, which there have been no emergencies, I have yet to go over my minutes, I did go over my text messaging at which time I upgraded my plan and requested Verizon to send a complete billing statement breakdown. Representative advised they do not mail those statements out after debating several minutes they agreed to send the first two pages any pages thereafter would be $5.00 per page charge. I agreed to pay $262.00 of the minimum due in order to continue to utilize my phone services to which I pay for until I can completely review my statements. Two months later and several phone calls to Verizon I have yet to receive my statements and I still have a charge now of $457.49 and they have now shut off my phone due to non payment of which I do not plan on paying until I can understand what it is I am being billed for and according to my online account, I am unable to find where I went over my minutes or my text messaging. I work 6 am - 3 pm, I usually do not use my phone during day time hours, I receive countless wrong number calls for possible person who had phone number prior to me, verizon denies they are over charging me. How can I understand my bill/statement & the charges if no one at Verizon will assist me? I want to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem?...
