I was recommended by a Verizon employee to buy a Droid Ultra cell phone.  Since I was not eligible for an upgrade, I had to pay full price.  The phone was overpriced.  The phone was discovered to be defective.  The phone had so many problems that I contacted the Verizion Store to return or exchange it.

 

The Droid lost contact information, lost music downloaded, lost appointments, basis information was missing!

The store manager was abrasive, unresponsive, knew nothing about "customer service," and would do nothing about the problems.

I feel defrauded by Verizon and the store in Rancho Mirage at the River.
