This is a warning to all Verizon Wireless customers. This company is wrongfully charging it's customers for dropped charges. They are suppose to credit you for any dropped charges. Conveniently enough when you request a dropped charge report, it will purposefully be forgotten. They want you to pay for these charges upfront and say they will credit you be won't.

This company is due for a major lawsuit. We need to have a class action lawsuit begin immediately. Please report your abuse to WTB or the FCC immediately. www.fcc.gov.

I apologize for your unfortunate experience with our customer care department, Beverly. As to save you both time and money apart of our worry free guarantee to our customers is that your probablem is our problem the first time you call. It is regrettable that you experienced dropped calls. I sincerely wish that I had been the representative to assist you with this issue because it is my duty and my pleasure to provide you with excellent service and resolve your issue the first time you call.

Together, you and I could have assessed the situation. Unfortunately we are unable to view any detail on your account until after your bill comes out. It is best to notify us of the problem when it happens this way we can create a follow-up on your account to review the bill at the end of your billing cycle - which is when the bill is available for viewing - for any dropped calls and credit you accordingly, as opposed to having you call back everytime you have a dropped call - which is time consuming for you and I am sure that you're a very busy woman with better things to do than hold for Verizon Wireless for a .45 cent credit for a dropped call.

It is very unlike our network to drop calls as we provide the widest most reliable nationwide wireless network. I certainly appreciate your feedback and letting us know so that we can find out whether or not it was our network having a situation that desperately needed to be resolved or if it was simply a one time thing.

Had you spoken with me, perhaps I would have had the opportunity to regained your confidence in our customer care team. At Verizon Wireless we greatly value our customers for without them there would be no us.

I will not deny that just as in every industry in every job in every department, there are a few bad apples and unfortunately when you get one it does spoil the whole bunch.

On behalf of Verizon Wireless, Beverly, please accept our sincerest deepest apology for your most regrettable experience. I hope in the future you will allow us the opportunity to regain your trust and confidence in our organization.

Sincerely,

Respond to this Report!
