I have been with Verizon Wireless now for about 9 months. The first 3 months were fine. The 4th month my bills started to increase. They said I was over my minutes. Well the last bill that I received came in at over $300. They changed my cellular plan without consulting me.

So I ended up going over my minutes without my knowing. (Untill the bill came.) I have called customer service and they blew me off......I tried to cancell the contract since they did not hold up there end of the contract. They tried to bill me a cancellation fee of over $400.

I am sick in tired of all the BULLSHIT I had to put up with. Verizon is the worst cell phone company I have ever dealt with. Any one considering Verizon Wireless do so at your own risk.

I have figured out that I must have lost over $1000 on billing errors and mistakes that they will not fix. My lawyer says that I don't have much of a case though without my itemized, detailed bills.

I tried to get those but they were not very cooperative at furnishing me with these. I have all of my actual bills but they do not tell who, when, and where I called.

Although I do get charged on my bill for detailed billing I do not receive it....... If anyone can help me with this or has similar problems please let me know. brianncady@hotmail.com
