Verizon Wireless has poor customer service. It is not only inconvenient but they made it impossible to pay a bill and now they are trying to charge me an fee.

I wasted time and gas trying to pay this bill. First, I tried to log on the website and I received an alert telling me that my account had been locked out. Then, I traveled to the nearest location which is thirty minutes away and could not log on that machine to pay the bill. I was given a telephone no. to call. I asked the salesman, why couldn't they just take the money or call to get the account unlock because I wasn't from that city. He stated that they wasn't allowed to. After going to about 3 different payphones and receiving an message that the call could not be made from payphones. I went home to try the number only to find out that it was the wrong number.

I got the correct number and call them to let them know when I would be paying the bill. I made another trip to a different Verizon store and received the same message. Just recently, I called Verizon was told that I could make a payment after spending ten minutes on the phone, most of it on hold, I was finally told that they could not take my payment that I would have to call a different number, the following morning.

I don't spend this much effort making a bill and I certainly wouldn't expect spending this much paying one.
