Ask for a one year before signing up and you will get the same thing. They don't tell you that.

The Audiovox camera phone's screen goes off the hinges and goes black after a year. This happened to two of them around the same time.

They use the "water damage because the indicator under battery is pink" excuse for everything, even when it never had water damage, humidity in air sets it off (litmus paper probably).

They have no coverage where they say they do. This includes most all of the greater Washington DC metropolitan area (which is all flat swamp-land)
They sell you a phone that does not last as long as the contract and call it "normal wear of useage"

TRICKED INTO A 2 YR

#2Consumer Suggestion

My suggestion is READ before you sign!!!! When they hand you that long contract, look over it first!!! make sure it says 1 year! Once you sign its legally binding. Ignorance is not a defense. As far as the phone not working for the 2 years that is what extended warranty and insurance are for!
