We have received our credit report recently and we found out that we owe Verizon Wireless but we don't and they can not produce any kind of written statements saying that we signed for anything. and Now the creditors and Verizon Wireless has been calling and demanding there money

I recommend going to a Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer. They should have access to your account like Customer Service does. Find on on their website http://www.verizonwireless.com
