Verizon Wireless Scam Bellevue Washington
On June 18, 2006; I've ordered new wireless services with Verizon Wireless through the Verizon Wireless HQ Website. On the day I've ordered the Wireless service; Verizon Wireless was giving free activation. At the time of my bill date print, I was charged for activation for 3 phones, one for: $35.00 for the primary line, $25.00 for the secondary line, and $25.00 for the third line. I've called 6 times, and they claim that the offer ended, I've also sent a letter of this claim but it was never repsonsed by Verizon Wireless. If the website said I was going to be charged then I would of stayed with my previous carrier Sprint. But since the Verizon Wireless site was giving free activation, that what I want to see on my bill. They keep saying that the offer ended.
