This no resolution charging unfair charges to my bills . It like allway the really don't care about customers.I been has overcharged since since my line it was opened . I've been charged for services gross minutes, premium services, multiple text messages and data services, none of which are valid charges. Verizon has been completely unresponsive in responding to my complaint. After promise to solve the problem telling me  you are up to date with you account and them twist writing in the report case BBB CASE#: 80144417 something else living the overcharges in my account .

We've never been satisfied with Verizon's service .They do not care customer just take money from them.
If this continue with this situation I will close this account
