Verizon Wireless Verizon Charging Fraudulent $1.99 Data Usage Charges Bellevue Washington

I keep getting a $1.99 per megabyte charge on my billing. I do not seem to be able to keep the charges from getting on my billing. Two thing to keep in mind about my account are I have internet access blocked, and my plan includes unlimited texts, pictures and video.
I have called customer service for the past 2 billings and had one of the charges reversed since I have all internet/get it now/data functions blocked on my service.
The most recent billing shows another charge for $1.99. This charge is in error and is fraudulent! I was told by a Verizon rep. AND his supervisor that the charge cannot be reversed.

I have talked to several verizon reps and they tell me that I either have tried accessing Get it Now (which is blocked) or that some other picture type features could access the internet. How can this be if the internet features are blocked?

I was told by the supervisor that I have no control over this unless I have all pictures and videos also blocked from my account; this means I would still be paying for unlimited texts, picts and flix but would no longer have the full features of that service.

So this is a Catch 22. I either get charged for a service that is supposed to be blocked OR I get charges for a service that would no longer have the full features. I have searched the internet and I'm not alone in this complaint. This has Class Action written all over it!

Class Action? I don't think so. If you press VZW (or god forbid go to the Internet, and create or login to My Verizon from VZW.com) you can find out when you accessed the internet. The date, time and how long the access was for (along with how much data was used) is all recorded and available for your review from their website.

There are too many ways for data to be used on a line. You were told correctly that the ONLY way to prevent any data is by placing a block on the line that will shut down ALL data transport. That means, as you have been told, that you would also shut down pix/flix as well as that must have data transport on the line to work.

So you see, as they show and can tell you exactly when you are using data (and this available for your review from the My Verizon website and from your phone, for free, by calling #DATA), they are doing their best to notify you of the use. They can show you DID use it. So what legal grounds do you think you realistically have to stand on?

Pay your $1.99 and move on.
