Last year (12/03/2012) I called CenturyLink to get a cellphone (Razor Maxx hd order #222453). Verizon wireless used UPS to send me that phone, but because UPS didn't find me they brought back that cellphone to Verizon. I received, a week later (December 13th, 2012) that they received the package with the cellphone (phone number CenturyLink gave me: 720-810-4970). But after that, Verizon wireless, using CenturyLink, started sending me bills for a phone that I never had and never activated. On January 7, 2013, I received from Verizon wireless a letter confirming that "I activated the service for 720-810-4970 on December 5th, 2012" (????), so, on by March 20th, 2013, Verizon wireless was charged me $342.33 (!!!). I called Verizon wireless and CenturyLink for about 12 times since Dicember 5th, 2012, but they just made me wasting my time blaming each other for the charges. Verizon Wirless, after fifteen calls, they recognized that it was their mistake not to deactivated the cellphone when they received it. After a big pressure from CenturyLink (threaten me to cut me the Internet an basic home phone service), I opted to send them (CenturyLink) the amount of $360.85, (Internet and Tel. residential: $68.57. and for the Mobil phone: $292.28). CenturyLink sent that amount ($292.28) to Verizon wireless and they received it. That is what a call "a perfect robbery". Now I'm reclaiming to Verizon wireless those $292.28 but they are acting so strange, with promises that they gonna "resolve the problem" but until today, April 15th, 2013, I didn't receive my money back.
