After 20 years with this company, after today I am done with them. Go to Rxxxxx (((REDACTED)))  Wireless, buy your phone and get unlimited usage for $19.95 monthly, with no contract. Our Motorola Razar HD went out Wednesday, supposed to be out of town Thursday - Sat. Delayed the start of the business trip to later Thursday so we could await the new phone. Phone did not show up! "glitch" in their system, will be here 1st thing Friday. Phone arrived Friday about 9:30AM, WRONG PHONE! Cust svc person was to send out another phone for Sat AM delivery...Sat at 10:30, ran tracker and the phone is 400 miles away. Talked to Lamar in Customer Service who could not care any less. Asked to speak with a supervisor, Lamar told me he would have to have one call me back, that was at 1:30PM today. As of 10:00 PM, no supervisor has called yet. Went online to check for Customer Service, the "CHAT" button was turned OFF because "they were experiencing high volumes", wonder why that would be? I have praised this company for years, no more now. As soon as this contract up, so is their monopoly.
