Verizon Wireless Wrongly charged for Data and Internet Usage for services on a non smartphone Castle Rock, Colorado

Verizon charged us for Data Usage on a non-Smart phone that we did not have a data access plan set up. Verizon denied this was their error and that someone had to have accessed browser on this simple LG Phone.

We asked the first Verizon customer service rep to block future data charges but was told she couldn't block charges for a service since we never elected to have it on the LG phone.

Attempted two more times to get a refund for the data charges, charged at $1.99/MB. The last customer service rep suggested that the LG phone was accidently accessing "data service" in error. Denied knowledge of Lawsuit previously settled with FCC regarding Data and Internet charges.

Verizon so far has charged us $71.64 for services we never signed up for nor used.
