On June 30, 2009 I went to nextel, I wanted to switch my phone service to them, they told my that I could port my phone numbers to them. Which I did, I was told that I should wait till the numbers were complete ported over before canceling my verizon account.

On July 1, 2009, I went to verizon, I cancled my account, I was with in the 30 days no hassell gantree. You could cancle your contract, with no canclation fees, return the product and get you money back.

Well low and behold, we I brought back the phones, they claimed they did not have enough money to give me. They told me that I would get a check with in 7-10 days.
The 7 to 10 days came and passed. A month later, I called and asked them, where my check was, they told me that it was sent.

I was told that I had to call the 800 number, I called them, the 800 number told me that I had to call the store and I went back and forth.
I was told by the 800 number, that is was not thier issue because I did not send them the phones.  The 800 number told me the store should have issued me my money before I had even left the store.

So I called the store once more, they told me for a second time that they would send me a check, the check never arived, I called again, they told me for a third time, that  a check would be sent out, I am still waiting for the check to come.

After all this hassle I recived my frist bill, it was over 400 dollars. They charged me for two months of servcie, early disconnetion fess, and other crap.
I called them, turns out the idiots there did not cancle my account correctly. It took me a week of calling every day to get my bill corrected.

All they do is say sorry, they tell me this is a learning exprienc for them, I want more than an appolgy, saying sorry does not fix what they screwd up.
I call them every day, ask them where my check is, and they have no clue where it is at.

Alll they do is say sorry, and say they can not do anything about it.
