Last month they Verizon charged me 29.77 for Myiproducts Imail service in my Residential phone bill. I did not subscribe this service or neither I received any call from them for this service. After contacting Verizon Customer Service, They told that I did subscribe the service. I went mad because I went overseas visiting my home country and there is no way I would have subscribed the service. I asked them to cancel and stop charging me. But in the next bill cycle the charges still appear.. Now When I try to call Verizon Customer Service they say its third party product and ask me to call Myiproducts Imail and when I call Myiproducts they ask me to call Verizon. This is the worst way of robbing the valuable customers.
