verizonwireless Over charged and rude Wallingford CT

I am being over charged and there not changing the auto pay like i had

asked. Then when i called i didn't get the representative name but she was

rude didn't want to hear what i was saying and then hung up on me nobody

called back or nothing, there was no problem with the connection or

anything like that. I was charged i believe 54.70 on the 4/16/2014 i got an

auto pay this morning on the 5/2/2014. No explanation on what happen to

my extra money i was charged for since the plan had changed before i made

the payment. Not only do i want the extra money back i want the 54.70 i

was just charged today back on my account. The next step is to file a suit

against Verizon. This cant keep going on and i know im not the only person

having this problem. I am being ripped off and somebody needs to do

something.
