I was out of the county for 8 days in Trinidad. I made 1 call to my driver to say I had arrived. 1 minute duration $2.89 roaming charge. Phone was put on aircraft mode during my stay and not turn back to normal until I got to Houston. Tried to make a call but Verizon had blocked my phone. Called customer service and forwarded to FRAUD department. I confirmed my ID with them and they released the block. They said there was a fraudulent activity with my account, that was why the blocked my phone. When I got home I called Verizonwireless to get an adjustment of the $550.79 of roaming charges. They left to check my records and the said they would allow $55.00 credit. I refused that and they came back with $130.00.  I've had an account for over the past 11 years. This maybe a good reason to switch providers. They said I used the phone to go on the internet, which is ridicules since we have internet at the factory and at the apartment.
