I signed on for consulting services through PMG,
also of Orem Utah. My contact there is Devin at 800 748 5199 x-3420. Even though I did not request any other services, somehow, Vermotion got my American Express credit card number and started double billing me.

I didn't see the billing immediately as I was traveling, and I paid my bills by calling in to see how much I owed. When the problem was discovered, I called American Express and they backed out all the charges they could.

I have emailed the company and they blame PMG. They have refused to repay the account. It took two months to get them to stop billing me. They never answered requests for verification from American Express. PMG has asked them to repay the account to no avail. I have advised the company through their "CONTACT" email that a complaint was being filed for fraud.

They owe me $240. That is for double billing charges of $60 for the months of June, July, August and September.

Similar complaints have been filed with the FTC, Utah Division of Consumer Protection, the BBB of Salt Lake City, Utah and others. When you have been wronged and the company fails to respond, they give you license to shotgun your complaints. It's up to them to satisfy the inquiries or go down in flames.
