I was contacted by this company September 22,2007 with the promise of getting all my credit cards changed to a fixed rate, quicker payoff and $3000 in savings immediately. I was to be charged $990.00 for this service which they said would be taken from my card when the services were rendered. They promptly took the money from my cards.
I had to call the next week for the promised package they wanted me to fill out to reduce my credit card rates and they then asked for me to give them all my interest bearing accounts including my house,cars ect. I should of know it was a scam then.
Days later I received the so called package which was only a piece of paper saying they would attempt to lower my rates and per their terms and conditions page written in writing so small I had to use a magnifying glass they could change the terms and conditions at anytime and you agreed if you signed and sent the paper back and logged on to their site(which states you agree to their terms and conditions also in writing so small its hard to see or read their also.
I have called repeatedly to ask for my money back and told that I would have it in 7-10 days.That was 18 days and counting now ago.They refuse to give me a physical address which I did find on the internet but suspect that too is fraudualent and given names such as "Smith and Jones" when I asked who I speaking with.
I had a supposed supervisor get belligerent with me when I told her I had recorded all conversations with them to protect myself.
Please beware of this company of many names and numbers as I would lay odds they are scam artists.

As of today I have inquired about my refund of 990.00 probably 20 times and spent 2 hours today (October 25,2007) just trying to get anyone there to talk to me but as soon as I said who I was the line went dead or I was told to hang on and then left holding for over 20 minutes.I would call right back and if someone answered and I asked with whom I was speaking,click went the line.It's now been over 30 days since I was told it would be 10 days to get my refund and now it's seems it is common knowledge not to talk to me.
I also called many times and the recording would say I had to call back duing office hours which were quoted as 9-5 and although my call would be around noon which should of been office hours no answer.I called the 877-680-3328 number.The Debt Safe number no longer works at all it's either off the hook or disconnected it only rings with a fast busy signal, that number is 800-350-3046.
A word to the wise run from these scammers all the excuses I have received from them are ridiculous as I received no services what so ever from them and please read the fine print of anything they send you if you are dealing with these scammers.I am sure they are living well on our hard earned money I just hope they are caught for the scammers they are and have to pay for their wrong doing.
