Complaint Review: Versailles Coin Laundy

Put clothes in dryer told attendant that dryer wasn’t getting hot. After 30 minutes clothes weren’t dry told attendant (younger guy) he was rude and insisted that dryer was working. I’ve been coming here for a year never had any issues with older gentleman.

Young guy was rude, disrespectful told him I wanted my 30 minutes refund. I switched clothes to another machine told me he was giving me only 10 minutes credit. I just spent $25 and he thought it hard to refund my $3.

Told him I was going to write review he then opened dryer and took back the 50 cents he had put in. Then had nerve to tell me I could go elsewhere. So much for customer service. This guy is a bad representation of this facility. Rude guy, bad for business no value for customer loyalty.
